Disclaimer and Guidelines for Use of Emergency Tree Jack™

Thank you for choosing the Emergency Tree Jack. Please be aware that tree removal, particularly involving fallen or unstable trees, is an inherently hazardous activity. Exercise extreme caution and follow all guidelines below when operating the Emergency Tree Jack.

1. Weight Limits

  • Operate the Emergency Tree Jack strictly within its specified weight limits. Exceeding these limits may cause equipment failure and increase the risk of injury.

2. Installation Conditions

  • Do not install the Emergency Tree Jack under trees that may shift, roll, or fall further.
  • Only install the Emergency Tree Jack on trees already securely supported by a stable structure such as a house or building with no risk of further movement.

3. Safe Positioning and Distance

  • Do not stand beneath or near any tree supported by the Emergency Tree Jack, as sudden shifts may cause collapse.
  • Maintain a safe distance at all times, especially within the arc radius where the jack or tree could fall sideways.

4. Proper Installation and Securing

  • Ensure the Emergency Tree Jack is properly secured before lifting. Proper installation includes:
    • Using a high-strength chain or rope to secure the jack to the base of the tree, preventing backward slippage.
    • Using pins through the base holes of the Emergency Tree Jack to anchor it firmly to the ground for stability.
⚠️ WARNING: Failure to follow these guidelines may result in serious injury, property damage, or death.

By using the Emergency Tree Jack, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with its operation.
